How we work
As we have such a large turnover of items, we place an order with our suppliers every week, usually on a Monday. If the item is in stock, we will send it out as soon as possible. If it is not in stock, it will be ordered on the Monday and usually arrives on the Wednesday or Thursday and is despatched as soon as we can to arrive by the weekend (UK customers). Normally the longest you should wait is about 14 days. However we are at the mercy of our suppliers and they do run out, manufacturers also run out and have to put an item back in to production. There are also some items that are special order and have to be produced specifically for an individual order. Our database shows items that we have had on order for over 21 days and we chase these items up, so after 21 days drop us an e-mail and we will hopefully be able to give you an answer as to what is happening with your part, though it may be we are still waiting for an answer from the supplier.

This part is PRE ORDER and is not routinely stocked - We have had this item in stock and do hold it from time to time.
This part has been discontinued - It has been removed from our suppliers list.
This part has been superceded by x - The item has been discontinued, but there is a replacement for it.
Last updated - This refers to the last time we looked at this item or compaired it to our suppliers database and acts as a final check as to when the item was last active.
